1. Returns
UK customers may cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
2. Refunds
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including standard delivery costs where required by law. Refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe.
3. Return Conditions
Items may be inspected as they would be in a physical shop. Deductions may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, where permitted by law.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
